Our little story...
On October 9, for our second day of sightseeing on Scottish soil, we went to see Torhouse Stone Circle, among others. It is the best preserved stone circle in Dumfries and Galloway. In the middle of the green countryside, between cow and sheep meadows, all delimited by low stone walls, Torhouse Stone Circle itself has its own small enclosure to keep it from the animals. This was the first place of its kind that we saw. We must admit that we doubted before setting foot inside the circle. We stayed there for a while, in the drizzle, and yet nothing too strange happened to us afterwards. Maybe this one wasn't supposed to be magic.
