Somewhere in Scotland

St Ninian's Chapel

Our little story...

October 23 was a stormy day. And it was on this day that we chose to visit the southern tip of the peninsula where we lived. The wind whistled in our ears as we moved towards the sea, meeting St Ninian’s Chapel in the village of Isle of Whithorn. Four walls in the middle of a sheep meadow, a hole for the door, another for a window overlooking the sea. This is what remains of the first chapel in Scotland.
