Our little story...
We discovered the Fairy Pools on December 17th. Perrine's parents were with us for a short week on the Isle of Skye. This place lives up to its name. We could almost see the little fairies bathing and playing in the pools formed by the Allt Coir', a river of Mhadaih (River Brittle), watched over by Bidean Druim nan Ramh, the large, dark and imposing peak at the end of the path. As much as on many hikes in other places it was as if we were alone in the world, here we met people. But nothing oppressive in this large space that is Glen Brittle.
